  • Elevated sugar consumption can cause breast cancer

Sugar is the prime component that gives us energy. It reaches to every cell and is burned to release energy for different purposes. Consuming sugar will not cause breast cancer. However, if you are diagnosed with cancer, you need to reduce sugar consumption as the cancer cells grow very rapidly.

  • A lump in the breast is a tell-tale sign of cancer

  • It only happens to middle and old-aged women
