Bhanu Srivastav’s Deified is a superb piece of modern storytelling

The story rotates around a young lady, Sanvi, who marries an engineer, expecting a long and happy life. Her married life quickly takes a turn for the worst. Her husband was not like as she expected, he alienated her from her family and forced out of the home with only one of her two children, Sanvi struggles to make it to her parent’s home.
