Alim Seed distributed vegetable seeds worth over 100,000 taka and brinjal seedlings worth 20,000 taka, implemented by Sabuj Bangladesh Rangpur District Branch
Md. Mafidul Islam Sarkar, a budding young journalist and social worker from Bangladesh, distributed various types of vegetable seeds and brinjal seedlings worth 100,000 taka among the poor and helpless farmers of Pirgachha Upazila of Rangpur District, Bangladesh.
Two children, Zulkar Nain and Ilias, inaugurated this program all day long on Saturday at the local Kaliganj Government Primary School ground.
About 6,000 brinjal seedlings were distributed on Saturday from morning to 4:00 pm.
Earlier, 14,000 brinjal seedlings were distributed over several days.
