1. Painting Service

Painting service includes wall painting and wall leakage repair. If there is furniture at the construction site, we will first perform protection work for the furniture and then proceed with the wall painting , without the need to move the furniture.

3 Types of painting service:

A. Plastering and painting

We will remove all old paint and materials from the wall until the concrete layer, and start plastering from the concrete layer. After the plastering material is smoothed, wait for it to dry before applying the paint. This process requires a longer construction period.

B. Patch and painting

We will repair wall defects (such as unevenness), polish the wall until it is smooth, and then apply the paint. The construction period is shorter, but it is not suitable for walls facing leakage problems.

C. Direct painting

We will perform basic cleaning on the wall, and then directly apply new paint on top of the old paint. This process has the shortest construction period, but it is not suitable for walls facing leakage problems.

2. Microcement

All of Wall provides two types of microcement. The first is microcement art paint, which is only for decoration and it is suitable for living room and bedroom walls. The second type is microcement, which is waterproof and durable, and can be used for toilets, bathrooms, floors, and kitchens.

3. Spalling Service

Spalling service refers to the repair of fallen ceiling concrete. The engineering includes rust removal, rust prevention, reshaping the appearance of the spalling area, and painting. The situation of fallen ceiling concrete has certain risks, and it is recommended to handle it as soon as possible.

4. Plastering engineering service

Plastering engineering service includes laying tiles on walls and floors, and laying waterproof layers. In addition, for designs that involve hidden electrical or water pipes, we will first dig trenches in the wall or floor to hide the pipes before proceeding with plastering engineering service.

 

5. Waterproof engineering service

Waterproof engineering includes indoor and outdoor waterproofing. Indoor waterproofing is generally the laying or repair of waterproof layers in bathrooms or kitchens, while outdoor waterproofing includes waterproofing engineering for exterior walls and rooftops.

Main causes of rooftop leakage:

A. Aging of rooftop materials, rusting of steel bars leading to cracking, which can cause water leakage to occur.

B. Poor construction or aging of the waterproof layer, which weakens its waterproofing ability.

C. Settlement of the foundation of a detached house, leading to cracks.

D. Long-term exposure of the rooftop surface to wind, sun, and rain can cause cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction.

Types of rooftop waterproofing engineering:

A. Non-destructive rooftop waterproofing engineering

For non-destructive waterproofing engineering, the first step is to clean the rooftop surface with a high-pressure water gun, broom, etc., and remove the old damaged waterproof layer, ensuring that there is no rain for at least 3 days and that the rooftop surface is completely dry before construction. Apply rooftop waterproofing primer with a brush or roller, with a thickness of at least one millimeter for the first layer, covering the rooftop surface and walls. Wait for the primer to dry completely, then apply the waterproof coating, and wait for it to dry for 24 hours before applying a second layer of waterproof coating or spraying. Wait for the rooftop to dry completely, and then conduct a 24-48 hour immersion test to check the effectiveness of the waterproofing.

B. Destructive rooftop waterproofing engineering

If there are hollow or loose rooftop tiles or obvious cracks, it is more suitable to perform destructive rooftop waterproofing engineering. The first step is to remove the original rooftop platform, concrete floor slab, and old waterproof layer, remove all debris and garbage, ensure that the floor surface is level and completely dry, and then apply rooftop waterproofing primer with a brush or roller, with a thickness of at least one millimeter for the first layer, covering the rooftop surface and walls. Wait for the primer to dry completely, then apply the waterproof coating, and wait for it to dry for 24 hours before applying a second layer of waterproof coating or spraying. After it has dried, lay the insulation and rooftop platform, and then lay the tiles and fill the joints. Finally, conduct a 24-48 hour immersion test to check the effectiveness of the waterproofing.

6. Water and Electrical Engineering service

Water and electrical engineering service can be divided into waterworks engineering service and electrical engineering service. Waterworks engineering includes water pipe installation, pipe leakage, incoming and outgoing water systems, etc., while electrical engineering includes installation of electrical devices, lighting systems, additional electrical outlets, and electrical restoration engineering.

Waterworks engineering service includes installation or repair of water meters, burst water pipes, water leakage, exterior water pipe repairs, connection of incoming and outgoing water pipes, replacement or installation of fixtures (such as toilets, water tanks, faucets, urinals, bathtubs, or kitchen sinks), and replacement or repair of water pipes.
