So, you’ve decided to start your own brick-and-mortar business?
Covid is eventually going to leave us behind, and even today businesses are starting to get back in action. Real-estate prices are low, and this looks like a great opportunity to actually start a brick-and-mortar business.
But the question is? What do you choose?
There are so many options in the market that you can consider.
But today, I am going to share with you my four personal favorites.
Starting with Home Appliances…
Believe it or not, the home appliances market has been on a boom even through the pandemic. Why, do you ask? ‘Cause more and more people (not only women) have actually taken to kitchen-remodeling as a hobby.
Home appliances are kind of an emotional purchase, and people want to see the thing before they buy it. So that is why Home Appliance stores are a great option to consider when you want to start a brick & mortar business.
Health & Personal Care Stores
Drugs and personal care products are one of those goods that people are not always comfortable buying online. That is why I feel it is a great option to consider when you are looking at starting a new business.
It’s not a mystery that people want to talk to someone face to face and be assured that whatever they are taking for their personal care is backed by their guarantee that it will do no harm.
Another option would be Fitness centers as well because this entire stay-at-home thing has made people extremely unhealthy and obese.
Yeah, online fitness is all the rage right now – but let’s get real for a second…
Online Fitness Programs don’t come anywhere close to Physical Fitness Programs in a real gym, because you can get the trainer – but if the trainer is not able to correct your posture or really be there when you are exercising it’s only half effort.
And not to forget, gyms and fitness centers come with their own set of environments and equipment which is a great motivator for people to keep coming and be fit. So, you can either source your own equipment or tie up with a Franchise like Spenga, Body Bar or Anytime Fitness.
Now enough of the serious stuff, let’s talk about something fun and entertaining…
What are escape rooms you say? They are real-life adventure games where groups of people pay to get locked inside a room. They are running against time as they find clues and solve puzzles to work as a team and escape the room in 60 mins. It’s a non-stop entertainment business that not only caters to families and friends, but also is a sought-after venue for Team Building Events by large companies as well.
So, that’s a wrap. I hope you found my recommendations helpful. Let me know in the comments which one is your favorite out of these options.
