2022 Best Places to Live in Florida

Date:

Florida is among the most populous states in the country, and for good reason. Many areas are affordable, the weather is truly spectacular, and there is a ton to do and see. Many people are moving to the state, so the real estate market there is always buzzing.

Real estate sellers can visit House Heroes for selling a house in Florida, and buyers have many tools to help them find the right place, too. But if you are thinking about moving to Florida, where should you go? While there are many amazing places to live there, this article is going to go over a few that we believe to be the best.

Tampa

Tampa offers the best of both worlds to people who live there. It is close to amazing beaches and recreational activities, but is also home to all the amenities you would expect from a major city. It is also home to many professional sports teams in just about every major league, many of which are quite good.

But outside of sports, Tampa is home to many other amazing things to do and see. This includes horse racing, an aquarium, and so many others. It is very culturally diverse, has delicious food, and many museums and other institutions to check out. Despite this, the cost of living is still fair and you don’t need to be incredibly rich to enjoy a good life here.

Orlando

Orlando is a city with something for everyone. It is home to sports teams, beaches, incredible nightlife, outstanding dining, and beautiful residential areas. Also, Orlando is home to some of the best and biggest theme parks on the planet for those looking for some fun and to recapture their childhood. Millions of people flock to this city annually, so tourism is a big part of life in Orlando, too.

There are a ton of attractions and you will never be bored here. Still, there are certainly some places to get away and enjoy being a local, without feeling like you are surrounded by tourists. All of this combined makes Orlando one of the most appealing places for people to move to in the state. While it is more expensive than some other cities, many believe the cost is worth it.

Naples

An underrated choice, Naples certainly belongs on this list. This south-Florida city is home to outstanding golf courses, beaches to relax, incredible dining, and offers a much quieter life than many of Florida’s larger cities can offer. This beachside community is also very popular among retirees, and it is easy to understand why.

It is expensive but desirable enough that people continue to pay. If you love living in a quiet, calm, and tropical area, that is still only a few hours from major cities, Naples might be for you.

Florida is full of amazing places to live in 2022 and beyond, but these are certainly a few of the best.
